5. Let's see what "leaving" means. It doesn't mean "giving away",

since he'd have to pay huuuuuge gift taxes if he gave his children his businesses.
It's therefore going to be something less than giving away, which seems to imply that he'll remain the owner.

If he remains the owner, he's going to run afoul of the "emoluments" clause of the Constitution.

Let's see what his legions of high-priced lawyers can come up with to avoid both the gift tax and the emoluments clause. It should be interesting, and be tied up in litigation until after his term ends, at which time both Publicans and Dems will say "let's forget about it".
