86. But a former two term President is not Constitutionally ineligible

to the Office of President, only ineligible to be "... elected ..." to the Office of the President. Ascension by succession is not addressed at all and thus not prohibited.

If the circumstance arose I am sure someone would push it to the Supreme Court. I am pretty confident as to how they would rule.
