40. So what happens if the Supreme court splits 4-4?

I guess the recount goes forward.

I honestly believe that there is a chance Hillary will prevail in Michigan. Small errors in Trumps favor wouldn't be a big surprise in MI's red precincts. Republicans are not fair and will always err to their side but retain plausible denial. It is fairly obvious when placed under scrutiny.
