because of the obama administration decision the place will be safe while Obama is president.

and my guess is he thinks he can convince Trump to do the right thing with a quiet private meeting and without others around. with others around Trump will start feeling like he is in some contest with them and has to beat htem and other stupid shit because of his immature mind.
