10. Why so many in just a couple counties?

All the other counties using the same or similar machines made sure that the counter was reset and the vote totals matched the poll books or could explain any discrepancies. There were isolated instances of issues with one or two occasions in a few other counties. Wayne County had issues in hundreds of precincts and just turned it in with no explanation.

The people complaining the most around the metro Detroit area are Trump supporters who believe that the same ballot was run through several times giving Hillary extra votes. They think not recounting is proof that fraud was committed and nothing is being done
