7. McConnell is far beyond reprehensible.

He was blatant in saying his aim was to make Obama a one-term president. What kind of representative of his constituents is that? Although a native and current resident of Pennsylvania, I lived in south-eastern Kentucky for some years,( not in McConnell territory). My friends and neighbors were pretty much the same as those I know in PA. these days: thinking critically loses when trying to believe someone will "fix" things". I'm politically active locally, but have become frustrated by the focus on the political destruction of 'the other side,.' My mom was a politically active Democrat in the very Republican town where I grew up. She met and introduced JFK when he was barnstorming the country and appeared locally. Things are different these days. Lately Republicans are following McConnell politically . Obstruct! Anything which might benefit the country is far less important than the job they were elected to ( deal partisan,rather than nationally).
