28. The hate I cannot understand

What good has hating anyone ever done. I just want the people who spew such venom explain to me how that makes them feel better about themselves. Anger and hatred don't just hurt the people it's directed at, but it takes an internal toll even more. You can see the difference in their face...people who love and help others look better...have a glow, have a pleasant face. But good lord people who spend their time spewing hatred look it...their face gets contorted and they look miserable. Look at someone like Jimmy Carter vs Dick Cheney. You don't have to know anything about who they are to see the difference in their appearance. Trump and Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren vs Sarah Palin.... Hillary Clinton vs the only other female candidate Fiorina ...when you hurt other people it shows on you.
