then there is not a difference just because the PEOTUS owns the place. Last year's tickets clearly could not sell access, as there was no PEOTUS. If the prices are similar, then nothing extra is being sold.

If however, the prices were significantly less, as they probably were, this is a clear indication of selling access. If they are the same, then they clearly NOT selling access.

It's an objective measure, not clouded by bias.
