Putin and Trump are currently both malevolent unknowns. What I mean is, you can kind of see what they're doing, and while it isn't obvious yet, it definitely isn't good.

Putin would do all if that if he could, imo. Without a forceful US counter-balance, it becomes very unpredictable.
