Remember that gaslighting doesn't have to be hugely emotional. Sure [View all]

vehement denial of the victim's experiences causes shock and trauma and confusion in them as they are gaslight ed and wholely denied. Manafort did it and so did Trump spokesthinggys during the election. But gaslighting can also be a very subtle non reaction to information. The way Trump and the whole GOP react to the Russian interference as if it is a nothing burger or that it was good the Democratic emails were hacked so there would be transparency. Don't let them cool you out. That is an expression in psychopathic literature: 'cooling the mark out'. So that the mark/victim doesn't get the manipulator into trouble once they figure out they have been had. Follow your gut, heart and head. Don't give up on asking congress to look into the Russian interference in the election.
