Another thing about those who do both at the same time. Known fact here; the first thing law enforcement & insurance companies look for anymore with accidents is your cell phone records (if needed) especially if there are people hurt & a law suit. The activity they get will show precisely what your cell was doing at the time of the accident. They will know if you were texting or talking on the phone.
