32. The MI6 agent gave it earlier

To an FBI office abroad. Then McCain got a hold of the report a few months later. I believe McCain turned it over to the FBI in Oct, not December. It was before the election.

CNN and Carl Bernstein are covering it. That 35 page report that's been posted is the former MI6 officer's report and also a source for CNN's reporting.
