Honestly, I don't understand why you're being so difficult, but at least it gets the thread bumped.

As I remember, almost all petitions I've ever seen do not have complete explanations in the body of the petition.

Now if a petition were written on paper, I could completely understand needing on explanation, however, we are on computers making for an easy search.

I search for things all the time on the computer. I don't expect everyone to explain everything to me in one sitting.

Just sayin'!
