However, we are only flesh and bone. We break easily. Timing is important. You seem to be misunderstanding me.

The goal of protest is to advance a cause. Today, there are no causes being advanced, because the police and others are focused only on stopping the protests and are frightened. That, as I know from experience, is a recipe for disaster. Remember Kent State, please.

Now, if you are not concerned with being able to protest on another day, then, by all means move to the front of the crowd and throw a brick or two. But, do so with the realization that you may wind up in a hospital or morgue. I'm not talking to the martyr-types today. Frightened people with firearms are very dangerous.

So, where will you be protesting tomorrow?
