6. hardly breaking news...wasn't that a campaign promise?

I fully expect U.S. citizens who oppose the fascist agenda to be rounded up and tortured, too.

Just after the election I was talking to an acquaintance who is a so-called "libertarian"...I assume he voted for Johnson...he was trying to, as he said, "cheer people up" by looking at the bright side, trying to be optimistic, downplaying the ridiculous campaign promises, etc. In the midst of a "it's all just partisan bullshit, everything will be OK" kind of conversation, I think I said something along the lines of "well, it's not like I unequivocally approve of everything Obama's done...I have very serious issues with the whole drone warfare thing, for instance." He replied, "well hopefully the new administration will turn that around," to which I said "OMG you're RIGHT! He'll probably start using the drones to attack people in the U.S. who oppose him!!" At the time, I was just being snarky...now, I won't be at all surprised if that actually happens.
