The Court is only to consider and issue opinion on matters properly before the Court. Scalia's dictum about Obama's decision not to deport children that were brought to this country as minors, violates that long-held policy.

He is an activist jurist - beholden not to the United States Constitution but to the Catholic Church (treason charges here) and a slime bag to boot.

Let's see how long "Guido" (no negativity to my Italian friends) makes it. But he epitomizes the legend of sleazy, backdoor, dealmaking that was the mafia.
