5. This is going to get very ugly so prepare yourself for a long painful war with many battles.

There are many of us. We all need to do what we can but it's unreasonable to expect that each of us can do it all. It's important to call your representatives and I have taken to contacting my local Republican party. Let your local Representatives know as well that you are not happy....They count on your vote as well and if local Republicans start to get nervous believe me it will trickle up. Any Republican in your state is a target for a call.

Attend a demonstration if you can. The crowds will give you energy and help you to feel less alone.

Pace yourself. Turn off the computer and the news. Watch a comedy, Listen to music, Cook something delicious. It's important to still find some joy in daily life.

Remember that there are more of us than there are of them. We will eventually win this. Stay angry, stay committed and take care of yourself...We need you!
