He has shown himself to be highly unpredictable and or unstable.
The views of those morons advising him are known to all.
If I were a foreign power, I would be putting my military on an emergency footing whether I announce it or not. I would also ready my nuclear arms. I have no doubt that some of those countries are considering 'first strike' plans.
We are one step away from the unthinkable.
