4. I've thought for a while AZ will be a Dem pickup in 2012.

Obama can win in 2012 without winning any of these three states; but the Rs must win all three to have a chance at the Presidency. Even if Mittens is the nominee, I think he loses all three states and Obama scores an easy victory.
