The conservatives have become fairly pitiable. The things they value most aren't in any way wrong. Patriotism, honesty, hard work, being a good neighbor, tradition, family...all used to be right in the conservative wheelhouse (as it is in the liberal). When one thinks of conservative nowadays, though, one does not think of someone who is patriotic and hard working. One thinks Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, etc. "Conservative" has become short for "brainless asshole."

How did conservatives allow themselves to sink so far? When did they stop really thinking about and caring about the country? They get their own TV channel, and whammo, they turn into blithering propaganda crack whores.
