I was going to suggest that all he has to do is implement single payer healthcare. Cut the rug right out from under the just say no DLC. He was once in favour as it's actually an advantage for business bidding on international jobs.
I'll bet that if it came from Donald, his supporters would blindly accept it, despite, or more likely because of all the vocal opposition from establishment Republicans.
He'd ride a populist wave right through 2024.
But I'm not going to suggest it.
