When writing or speaking about him. Using the title is just not happening. Using his name doesn't even feel legitimate. But I am not a name caller by nature and feel awkward when I do that. Basically stick to pronouns in a context people will know who I am talking about.
He Who Shall Not Be Named is about where I'm at and even that rubs me the wrong way as it conveys a power he does not deserve.
