Most likely the IC is investigating this thoroughly to make sure they have sourced any intel and can back up any case that they may be able to present. It's probably safe to say that Obama can't say anything about it since it's ongoing and the IC is most likely still in the early stages of discovery considering the complicated connections and years of contact.
