Kander-MO political experience is 2 terms as MO state Representative 2008-2012, 1 term as MO Secretary of State 2012-2016, He was the Democratic nominee for US Senate in MO in 2016 losing to Republican incumbent Roy Blunt by a narrow 3 percent margin outperforming Clinton who lost MO by a 19 percent margin.
If Kander were to be the 2020 Democratic Presidential nominee, he would need to appoint an experienced United States Senator as his runningmate.
former 3term US Senator Russ Feingold-WI.
