11. Chaffetz is working really hard to convince everyone that poor people

are responsible for their own poverty. This is the whole Republican scheme, making individuals take responsibility for the actions of government failures and society's blinkered demagoguery. Sorry, poor folks, you're on your own because you brought poverty on yourselves through your own bad decisions. Chaffetz, just like his fellow Republicans, believe we all have to fend for themselves... but we also have to keep paying for his salary and perks, and the premiums for his lifetime Cadillac health insurance, and his generous pension.
