Partly, because I am interested in women's lives from everywhere, and I adore regional idioms, but I must admit, I've never seen a deadly insult covered in so much sugar in my life. Watching further, the stress on good manners and graciousness is there throughout.

That man sounds not just gauche, and ill-mannered but ignorant as hell. He must have majored in beer chugging.
