There is so much that is so rotten about every aspect of this increasingly bizarre story, which has smelled from Day One (that is, two years or so or longer), that it's hard to know where to start .

But what I am sure is that the timing of this Aspen trip was just about the skiing, and that The Orange One's "complaint" was fake outrage.
