In reply to the discussion: Nunes - "No future hearings for the Russia investigation are on the books." [View all]TNLib
(1,819 posts)59. Senator Corker responded to an email I sent this was his response
Thank you for contacting me with your concerns about Russia and the Trump Administration. Your input is important to me, and I appreciate the time you took to share your thoughts.
I agree that all public officials should be free of entanglements that might afford foreign powers influence over their conduct in office. And foreign interference in our elections is deeply troubling. A number of allegations have been made about improper connections between President Trumps team and the Russian government. There is an ongoing investigation into these allegations by congressional committees and I support them and believe they should be fulsome. The insight your letter has provided my staff and me will certainly help us as we examine these matters and determine our course of action going forward.
Thank you again for your letter. I hope that you will continue to share your thoughts with me throughout my service in the Senate.
Sincerely,
Bob Corker
United States Senator

Schiff and Democrats should say that Nunes is part of the cover-up and is a co-conspirator

Cover-up conflicts with holding hearings. Nunes-Ryan can stonewall but it won't stop the storm.

Agree. Making a fool of himself. No future as a serious politician after such goofy behavior.

I wish he was a patriot. Too bad the LAST thing he cares about is this country.

For them to be this desperate, they must be scared to death that we're getting close to the truth.
