6. I wouldn't worry about the rest of Oregon.

The Democratic Party in Oregon is very popular, in part because here our state party has fully and enthusiastically embraced things like internet freedom, free speech/opposition to censorship, and marijuana legalization.

Beyond that, though, those are Walden's own constituents who are complaining in the town hall. I don't think DeFazio or Schrader's voters are all going to move out to John Day.
