France24... good one in the CNN sort of format only far informative in all their reporting, the ads are few and announced at either end so you know when they start and end, they also have documentary series that focus on major and current issues that run as part of the daily schedule. One thing I did notice during the election was that they had some republican hacks on from time to time who weren't challenged on their statements as much as they should have been.
