survival and I'm one of them! I kept hearing it was Ryan's idea to "fix SS" and if it's in the budget, I think it was Ryan's contribution to the cause. I'll sure join all the other seniors and disabled people to protest this stupid idea. or damn sure we need it a hell of a lot more than the rch need another tax cut!
