11. Sexual harassment claims are really quite rare.

Only about 7,500 are filed with the EEOC, let alone pursued on through to litigation. Women tend not pursue such claims because when they do, they are raked over the coals for it. Most harassers get away with it, without so much as a complaint against them. Women just leave the workplace or put up with it. They don't even get empathy and support from other women.
