I read the clerk of the house announcing that "433 is the whole number of the house" in January due to a resignation. I haven't noticed any other announcements, but I'm not reading the house floor activities report every day.

ADJUSTMENT OF WHOLE HOUSE - Under Clause 5(d) of rule 20, the Chair announced to the House that, in light of the resignation of the gentlewoman from Michigan, Mrs. Miller, the whole number of the House is 433.
