...Sam Wang crunched the polling data, and gave Hillary Clinton a greater-than-99% win probability.

(At least France doesn't have an Electoral College. Still, caution is warranted -- that poll appears to have 0% undecided, which tells me they're just omitting them. If the real percentage of undecided is large enough, it could make everything else irrelevant.)
