7. They also have hand ballots with ONLY a vote for prez and huge turnout. Our system is ridiculous

as it's hard for people to understand everything on the ballots and/or to be confused by the design of the ballots (the infamous butterfly ballot from 2000 which resulted in Gore losing who knows how many votes). France has a simple ballot for the prez races, and they don't trust the vote counting to electronic voting machines, which we are just supposed to trust or be declared conspiracy theorists. They also have a high turnout (70% and over).

I really hope the French people don't fall for an obvious attempt by Putin and his little servant Assange to elect LePen. If she had any dignity whatsoever (which she doesn't) she would denounce this immediately, and tell the French people to ignore it and vote on their policy differences. It makes HER look like a Putin servant (which she is essentially so I suppose this just makes this fact more obvious).
