6. My take on this is that the leaks will eliminate all attempts to claim plausible deniability..

The Kislyak profile was requested by a Transition Team member that was not part of the inner Trump circle....
And did so in an attempt to discourage Flynn & Trump from engaging with Kislyak/Russia

This guy left the Transition Team before inauguration....
but when bigger "russia" shoes started to drop recently, he was all of the sudden nominated for a high level Treasury Dept job...
Probably to try & keep him quiet

Regardless, his actions establish the third known layer of Flynn related Warnings...
This guy reached out to the appropriate Obama staff...
who clearly had to share the purpose of the request with the CIA in order to get the profile

He also warned Flynn directly about Kislyak /Putin & communication surveillance potential....& Kompromat risk...and
Made other members of the Transition team aware as well...

Then Sally Yates warned McGahn & anyone else in the room at the time

And Elijah C warned pence in writing...

Any of these alone could be argued as isolated ... not sufficiently disseminated to specific people...

But together they show multiple warnings from a variety of unrelated sources, who each shared their concerns with a variety of Trump Team members and did so over a period of time ....
which also establishes that warnings were ignored and continued acts by Flynn/Trump Team were taking place ..

Which leads to the (obvious) point that everyone knew and apparently it was supported / encouraged without reservation ....
