you've not explained why Higgs-Boson, which the scientists involved admitted they did not discover--
explain why it's earth shattering-- worthy of the attention its getting.

I'm waiting...

and I guess replication doesn't apply here-- since I doubt anyone is going to pony up $100 Billion to
build a second LHC.
