6. Didn't take much for Trump to shut down his interview with J. Dickerson. Is it fear of losing access with Holt ?

Did it not occur to Holt to ask that follow up ? Is it respect for the office? Bad journalism or intimadation ?
Please, I'm tired of the "MSM money rules all " flippancy ,not that it isn't valid . What else is driving lackluster journalism ?
