BTW, whoever wrote what you're quoting sounds like Joseph Newman's explanation for everything based on the gyroscopic particle he says he discovered. I'm serious, he's a big time whackjob who thinks he's found free energy with his energy machines. He keeps having demonstrations and burning through tons of cash but I've yet to see him connect the output to the input and let it self power itself.

Sorry for the thread hijack but it reminded me of him. He's an interesting read.
