Most of the differences are listed there. You noted one of them: "hone" where English uses "home."

Other grammatical rules of Republicanese that help in deciphering it:

Never use "your" and "you're" correctly twice in a row. Random correct context is permitted.
The same goes for "lose" and "loose."
The same goes for "two," "to," and "too."
The same goes for "there," "they're" and "their."

Frequently use an apostrophe to form a plural (e.g."The Clinton's are making headline's&quot , whereas English does not.

Always write "to all intensive purposes" instead of "to all intents and purposes."

There are MANY other examples of the differences between English and Republicanese. Just go (if you can stand it) to almost any right wing web site. Once you can decipher Republicanese, you can almost understand half of what they are ranting about.
