Was it not important to the 62 yr old man that he was born and that his mother's health was cared for? I think it was. By not wanting to pay taxes to support maternity care for others you are basically saying you are selfish and don't care about other human beings. These kind of attitudes shouldn't be tolerated in our society, but they have been for a long time. I think our society is falling apart because we are too capitalistic it. I think capitalism rewards sociopathic behavior and our society is ruled by sociopaths now. They don't give a shit about us and have no qualms with stealing from us and hurting us. The Republican party is stocked full of sociopaths. They celebrate taking medical care away from other people. I don't know what else you call that.
