My wife used to look after the needs of various celebrities at fund-raising events, and said they were, almost without exception, very nice people. Got quite friendly with a few - Denzel, Jamie Farr, Angela Bassett, Loni Anderson among them.
Two of the most down-to-earth people she met were actually working as volunteers with their first names on tags, but not their surname. Near the end of the event, she apologized to them for being too busy to introduce herself and thank them. Turns out, they were du Ponts.
Bill'O The Clown, however, was a complete asshole, from start to finish. OReilly was st least as big a dick as he seems on TV.
