3. Speaking of 'peach'...

I'm a founding member/owner of a local brewery co-op.

We had our monthly 'Brewer's Table' last week where we discuss and taste what we're getting ready to serve, and come up with new ideas. Someone mentioned that one particular variety of hops gave the beer we were tasting a distinct 'peach' flavor.

I recommended that we do an Imperial Pale, and with this peach flavor and a little touch of mint, the name would have to be 'Impeach-mint'.

We're trying to work up a recipe now.
