to have a home
have a car and not have to worry about repairs sinking the family budget
to be able to take your children to a doctor when needed and not be unable to afford the co-pay
it must be nice to be able to have your children go to a dentist, which I never could due to finances
the pain of no dental care is horrible to experience your children suffering pain from that
It must be nice to be able to take a family vacation
it must be nice to be able to send your children to college
Oh yes, everyone worked in this family but not for living wages
my older child died due to having lack of funds to have her see a doctor (and she was working, not being paid enough
to pay office visit)
I have experienced a living hell most of my life mostly due to lack of adequate money despite working
Do any of you who have sufficient ever think about people like me? Do you even care?
Maybe like the House Speaker as he said if you don't have enough money for health care then just die (as my daughter did).
As to the recent statement by a Republican governor that no one has died due to lack of medical care
my response is I have had a living experience with that reality and you don't know what you are talking about. This country exposed me as a child in Pasco WA to radiation (Handord). In my later years 3 types of cancer were found in my thyroid. The scientist at the time I was a child knew damn well what harm could be done to the body. Your own country willing to expose you to radiation (human sacrifice). And you who get angry that I show no honor to this country wonder why? Maybe if you were in my shoes you might understand better.
I really don't think life is worth living, all the heartache, pain and striving to survive is not worth it. What did I ever
do to deserve such inhumane way of living? Apparently it was being part of the working poor. No wonder people don't work so they
can get what little medical/dental help from welfare.
Unfortunately I was born in the US, if I had been a citizen of developed Europe much of the health problems would not exist
Why do you let this inhumane way of treating the working poor exist in this country?
