act like it. They're still voting for Republicans. In fact, the Kansas experiment was a historic success -- for rich Republicans, who learned that 1) propaganda works so well that even direct evidence won't turn their ignorant voters against them; and 2) Kansas businesses are perfectly happy to destroy themselves for a few quarters more of positive cash flow.
