The final toll included:

one presidential resignation

one vice-presidential resignation – although Agnew’s crimes were unrelated to Watergate

40 government officials indicted or jailed

The crime doesn't even have to be associated with the Russia crimes, it could be anything the FBI picks up on. The GOPee is such a target rich zone...
