As an aside to house sitting, we had a vacation in Bermuda in 2012, and the bus driver said that the house owners look for house sitters who can manage the house water pumps.

I'm only mentioning these so you can add them to your thoughts and maybe devise a plan. You should apply at the library. I worked at our public library in reference for a couple of years. A lot of the employees came and went frequently.

Would you be in a position to get hold of a 3D printer and make a quick seller? Like impeachment tees?
