10. Here's a little GA insider info on that district.

When Nathan Deal was first running for Governor, Tom Price supported Handel in the primary and made a bunch of disparaging remarks about Deal. When Deal won, he got the district remapped to include parts of Dekalb County a Democratic stronghold thus weakening the Republican base.

Also remember that the district now has one of the highest concentrations of college graduates in GA.

Trump only won the district by 1.5%
