9. A couple weeks ago, there was a tiny mention of major poll changes in District 6

on the local news (can't remember the channel). They spent like 2 seconds on it. They said voters would receive new precinct cards in the mail. I'm in District 4, but based on your post, it looks like the SOS never got around to mailing the new cards out.

When I saw the brief blurb on the news, I was going to make a post about it, but I didn't want to sound too negative/ pessimistic. Now, it's clear that my initial reaction was correct--they really are cheating/playing games. It's disgusting.
