But I have to say, what's so evil about a voluntary program that follows applicable labor laws? If they were making them or not paying them then, yeah, that would be bad.

"Employees will be paid extra for the voluntary program, and offered overtime pay as necessary to make the deliveries, Walmart spokesman Ravi Jariwala said Thursday."
